Free School Lunch For All Pupils 

At Northwood, we believe in investing in our pupils and that a nutritious meal in the middle of the day is key to ensuring our pupils are healthy and have the energy to commit fully to their learning and regulation. We use our school budget to provide a free meal for all pupils, regardless of their entitlement to this. Every child from Reception onwards is given a free school lunch. 

Our delicious meals are fully prepared in-house by our  skilled catering team, led by a trained chef. Children can choose from delicious hot meals each day. They can choose from jacket potatoes, hot paninis, pasta, sandwiches or salads from our Daily Deli. They can choose from water, juice or milkshakes to drink and meals include a healthy dessert of either crackers or fruit for pudding.

Magic Breakfast 

We are very grateful to Magic Breakfast, who provide our school with cereals, bagels and juice. Every morning we provide buttered bagels for our children on their way into school.
