The LHUB Panel meets termly to consider referrals to the LHUB. 

Panel will meet on the following dates in 2025-6:

Autumn Term - 20th November 10am

Spring Term - 12^th March 10am

Summer Term - 18^th June 10am

The panel has the following membership:

Ms J Knight - Knowsley Council Education Improvement Officer: SEND 

Mrs C Hyland - Northwood Community Primary Deputy Headteacher/SENCO/LHUB Manager

Ms M Sharples - NHS Speech and Language Representative 

This ensures there is a wide representation across NHS, Education and Local Authority. 

The panel asks that referral paperwork is received 1 week before the date of panel so that it can be carefully considered.
