The LHUB Panel meets termly to consider referrals to the LHUB. 

Panel will meet on the following dates in 2026-7:

Autumn Term: Thursday 12th November 2026 (paperwork required by 5th November)

Spring Term: Thursday 11^th March 2027 (paperwork required by 4th March) 

Summer Term: Thursday 24^th June 2027 (paperwork required by 17th June)

The panel has the following membership:

Ms J Knight - Knowsley Council Education Improvement Officer: SEND 

Mrs C Hyland - Northwood Community Primary Deputy Headteacher

Ms M Sharples - NHS Speech and Language Representative 

This ensures there is a wide representation across NHS, Education and Local Authority. 

The panel asks that referral paperwork is received 1 week before the date of panel so that it can be carefully considered.
